Overall, TENCEL™ Modal materials do have a low crease tendency. After washing, your TENCEL™ Modal garment can be ironed on low temperature whilst damp. Another option is to handle the dry garment with the help of a steam iron, or even better with the help of a steamer.
Basically, the same applies to regenerated fibers such as Lyocell and Modal:
- Wash from the left to preserve the color
- Wash with similar colors to avoid staining and bleeding
- To avoid wrinkles, wash in the gentle wash cycle and carefully shake out the garment after washing
- Hanging dry to reduce creases and ironing requirements
- Use a steam iron or iron while damp
- Use a mild detergent suitable for silk
