OUR HIRING PROCESS
Who's involved: Your future manager, a People Business Partner, and of course, you!
What to expect: In this round, we'll get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. We'll start with your story: What motivates you to join ARMEDANGELS, and why is now the right time? What drives you, and what are your goals in the new role? Additionally, there will be a short technical part where you can present your experience and skills for the position.
What to expect: This round will delve deeper into your technical skills. You will have at least one week to prepare a presentation based on a scenario we will provide. This could be a practical task, a strategic proposal, or a solution-oriented presentation related to your role. After the presentation, there will be a technical Q&A session with the manager (and potentially a team member) as well as some questions about company culture and soft skills from the People Business Partner.
What to expect: This is an opportunity to get to know the team on a personal level. In a relaxed setting, we'll talk about what's important to us and learn what matters most to you.
