Can I cancel my order?

Our logistics partner is working at full speed to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellation is not possible. If you still do not wish to keep your order, you can refuse delivery via the DHL tracking or simply return it to us after receiving it. We will automatically refund the purchase amount within a few working days after receiving your return. You do not need to contact our customer service for this.

Can I still change my order?

Our logistics partner is working at full speed to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to make changes to your order after the order has been placed.

If something does not fit, you can of course return the items to us easily after receiving them. We will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Can I still change my delivery address?

Our logistics partner is working at full speed to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to change your delivery address after the order has been placed. If the address is incorrect, you can simply refuse delivery via DHL tracking. The package will then automatically be returned to us, and you will receive a full refund – without needing to take any further action or contact our customer service.

My delivery hasn't arrived completely yet - what should I do?

Your order may consist of multiple packages. Since we can currently only provide one tracking number, it's possible that not everything will arrive immediately. The remaining items usually follow within 1-2 days.

If this is not the case, please contact us via our contact form - we will take care of it immediately.

My return has not yet been fully refunded - what should I do?

It is possible that a return will not be fully refunded immediately.

Since you received your order in multiple packages, the return packages may arrive at different times. Accordingly, they will also be processed by our logistics partner in several stages. In such a case, we ask for your patience – the remaining refunds are usually processed in the following days.

If this is not the case, please contact us via our contact form. We will then gladly check the status of your return.

Where can I find my order overview?

We've switched to a new shop system. As a result, older orders are currently not visible in your customer account – even if they are still open. Your orders are, of course, not lost.

We are already working on transferring all order data so that you can view it online again soon.
