An ordered item does not fit or does not like? No problem. Within Germany you can return your delivery to us free of charge with DHL. Within Austria you can return your delivery free of charge with Post AT.

We accept return of underwear in unworn and unwashed condition, We understand that sometimes you have to try on your new underwear in order to know the fit. We suggest you when trying our underwear, to have another pair underneath. If products have remnants of makeup, deodorant, or staining/contamination/ dirt on them, we can't accept the return.
