Our whistleblowing tool is available to our employees, applicants, management, and business partners. Reports can be made if:
- There are violations of the law that are punishable by law, such as fraud, discrimination or harassment
- Administrative offenses exist, e.g., violations of working time laws, minimum wage regulations or occupational health and safety regulations
- violates federal or state laws or directly applicable legal acts of the European Union, e.g. in the area of environmental law or data protection
- internal policies or rules of conduct are violated
