It starts with organic cotton grown without synthetic pesticides, continues with dyeing and washing processes free from harmful chemicals, and ends with bleaching that avoids toxic chlorine.
Long-term studies from organic farms have shown that organic cotton farming produces 18% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional systems.
Because organic agriculture focuses on soil health and biodiversity, the soils are generally healthier and more resilient to climate change.
