Upcycling of cotton waste from clothing production.
REFIBRA™ technology involves upcycling cotton waste from clothing production. This cotton waste is converted into cotton pulp. A significant proportion—up to one-third—is mixed with wood pulp, and the combined raw material is used to produce new TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers for the manufacture of fabrics and garments.
