Delivery: Your order will reach you within 1-5 days (DE, AT, NL, BE). For CH and FR the delivery time is 3-8 working days. You can find all other delivery times here.

Free shipping: After registration in the Changemakersclub, which can be canceled at any time and is free of charge, shipping in DE, AT, NL, FR, CH and BE is free of charge from 39€/CHF. You can find more information here.

Returns: We charge a flat rate of €2.95 or CHF 4.95 for returns from DE, NL, CH and AT. Sale items can also be returned within 30 days.
