Eike Kšnig is known for his bold style of questioning social issues. For the German federal election, he gives democracy a face and creates "Don't Ghost the Vote," an artwork calling for democratic voting.
Eike: "Even back then, social issues and conflicts were negotiated with the help of comic characters. I found it a fitting translation to give democracy, which is fundamentally a disembodied construct, constantly negotiated and thus changing, a figurative moment."
Eike: "It's important to me to create inclusive art, not exclusive art, with the greatest possible scope for interpretation in its readability. I find inspiration in the magical moments when I encounter something new or discover something unknown in the familiar."

For several years, ARMEDANGELS has dedicated its Solidarity Series to a topic that deserves solidarity and social attention. This year, we want to raise awareness of the importance of democracy and participation. Because, especially in this federal election, it is more crucial than ever to vote democratically: "Don't ghost the vote." In the past, we have already launched collaborations with organizations such as SOS Humanity and Seawatch to draw attention to social and political grievances and actively contribute to change. Each campaign aims to generate awareness for an issue while simultaneously raising donations for an initiative.
The unisex styles are made from a cotton blend of organic cotton and recycled cotton and come from our producers Barcelbordados-GTFe Bordados and ValŽrius - T�xteis.
