Unlike conventional activewear that relies heavily on polyester and nylon, this collection is made from 97% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 3% elastane. The result is a nature-derived alternative designed for softness, breathability and everyday movement.
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a wood-derived fiber sourced from certified or controlled wood sources, made by Lenzing in Austria. It offers a soft feel, breathability and efficient moisture management for comfortable wear throughout the day. TENCEL™ Lyocell is known for its innovative closed loop production process. Wood pulp is transformed into cellulosic fibers, while more than 99.8 percent of the solvent are recovered and fed back into the loop, resulting in close-to-zero wastage. Compared to conventional, non-branded lyocell, this results in less waste, at least 50% lower water use, and at least 50% lower CO₂e emissions. These figures are based on ISO 14040/44 and are available via the Higg Materials Sustainability Index (version 3.8).
Activewear doesn't just move with you. It stays close through every stretch, stride and sweat. So the material matters. TENCEL™ Lyocell absorbs moisture efficiently, helping create a drier feel and making it more difficult for odour-causing bacteria to grow on the fiber surface.
Seamless Activewear is manufactured in Portgual using 3D Knitting technique. Instead of cutting fabric panels and sewing them together, the garment is knitted directly into shape. This creates a smooth, close-to-body fit with minimal seams and helps reduce material waste during production. Compared to traditional cut approach, it is a relative saving of 42% less waste.
Seamless construction provides enhanced comfort, freedom of movement and a streamlined fit. It also results in significantly less production waste, with up to 42% less waste compared with conventional cut-and-sew methods.
The collection was developed for yoga, Pilates and everyday life. It offers comfortable stretch and support for low-impact movement while remaining soft enough for all-day wear.
The 3% elastane provides stretch and shape retention, helping the garment move comfortably with the body while maintaining its fit over time.
