Delivery: Your order will reach you within 1-5 days (DE, AT, NL, BE). For CH and FR the delivery time is 3-8 working days. You can find all other delivery times here.

Shipping costs: The costs are €4.95 (DE, AT, NL, BE, FR) or CHF 5.45 (CH with customs costs included in the price). Further information on shipping costs and times for all countries can be found here.

Free shipping: After registration in the Changemakersclub, which can be canceled at any time and is free of charge, shipping in DE, AT, NL, FR, CH and BE is free of charge from 39€/CHF. You can find more information here.

Returns: You have 30 days to return your items – including sale items. In DE, BE, FR and NL, you can easily register your return via our returns portal. For CH and AT, a return label is included in your parcel. For returns from DE, BE, FR, NL, CH and AT, we charge a flat fee of €2.95 or CHF 4.95.
