We have summarized the conditions for our Changemaker countries below:

Germany, Austria, Netherlands & Belgium:

• Delivery time: 1–5 business days
• Shipping costs: €4.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders over €39 for Changemakers

• Delivery time: 3–8 business days
• Shipping costs: CHF 5.45 per order
• Free shipping on orders over CHF 39 for Changemakers
  
  

France:

• Delivery time: 3–8 business days
• Shipping costs: €4.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders over €39 for Changemakers
  
  

USA:

• Delivery time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs: $15.00

We process orders as quick as lightning, which is why shipping within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium only takes approximately 1–5 business days and costs €4.95. To Switzerland and France, local circumstances may mean it takes 3–8 business days for your order to arrive. Here we charge CHF 5.45 and €4.95 respectively for shipping.

For some countries, the returns process is already fully digitized and can be registered via our returns portal. Simply log in with your order number and email address, and select all the items you wish to return as well as the reason for the return.



The returns portal is currently available for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. If you live in Switzerland or Austria, you will find your return label in the parcel.

To find the right size for you, we offer several options:

• The size charts on the respective product page: We recommend measuring your body measurements beforehand, and please note that with denim, sizes may vary slightly depending on the wash.
• The FitFinder: Based on your details, the FitFinder determines which size suits you best and displays it automatically for each product.
• Customer reviews are also a great guide — and be sure to check out photos and videos, for example on our Instagram feed.

For us, sustainability goes beyond the materials we choose. It means taking responsibility across our value chain, from how products are made to the relationships we build with our suppliers. That's why we prioritise certified and innovative materials such as organic cotton, recycled fibres, TENCEL™ and other carefully selected alternatives. We also focus on product longevity, increasing circularity and improving supply chain transparency.
Social responsibility is equally important. We work with production partners who are committed to fair working conditions and are a member of Fair Wear, an independent organisation that works to improve labour conditions in garment production.
