With SaXcell®, we’re taking a clear step towards circular fashion. Right now, less than 1% of worn clothing is recycled into new clothing – a massive gap in the system. SaXcell® helps close this gap by feeding textile waste back into the cycle as new fibres, keeping valuable resources in circulation.
The material is made from 30% RCS-certified cotton from pre- and post-consumer textile waste and 70% FSC-certified wood pulp. This combination ensures that cotton waste is not downcycled, but transformed into a new, high-performance Lyocell fibre. The result: less textile waste, more efficient use of resources, and real progress towards greater circularity in fashion.
