You don’t like the ordered article or it doesn’t fit? No problem. From Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands you can return your delivery free of charge.

We accept returns of underwear in unworn and unwashed condition. We understand that you will need to try on the underwear to check the fit. We recommend that you wear another pair of underwear underneath. If there are any remains of makeup, deodorant or stains/spills/dirt on the products, we will not be able to accept the return.

This knit piece is made with recycled wool from consumer and production waste (pre- and post-consumer waste) to go easy on resources and save the CO2 emissions that would be released by production of new fibers. We only use chlorine-free wool from certified organic farms that carry the strict "Global Organic Textile Standard" (GOTS). The sheep are kept in a manner appropriate to their species and are gently shorn.
