Free shipping: After registration in the Changemakersclub, which can be canceled at any time and is free of charge, shipping in CH is free of charge from CHF 39. You can find more information here.

Returns: You have 30 days to return your items – including sale items. In DE, BE, FR and NL, you can easily register your return via our returns portal. For CH and AT, a return label is included in your parcel. For returns from DE, BE, FR, NL, CH and AT, we charge a flat fee of €2.95 or CHF 4.95.
