With DetoxDenim, we took on the challenge of detoxing every step in the production of a pair of jeans.
It starts with organic cotton grown without synthetic pesticides, continues with dyeing and washing processes free from harmful chemicals, and ends with bleaching that avoids toxic chlorine.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, derived from the renewable raw material wood, are a more sustainable alternative to conventional fibers.
Their production is particularly eco-friendly thanks to a closed-loop process in which the solvents are reused.

REFIBRA™ technology involves upcycling cotton scraps from garment production.
These cotton leftovers are transformed into cotton pulp. A significant portion — up to one third — is blended with wood pulp, and from this combined raw material, new TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are produced for fabrics and garments.

When it comes to cotton, recycled cotton is a true minimalist.
